After customizing the Google Sheets WordPress form, open the Integration panel and select “Google Sheets” as the integration, the spreadsheet file, and the sheet to add leads, users, or subscribers after form submission.

Next, click “Map Custom Fields” to map the form fields to their corresponding columns in the selected spreadsheet file in Google Sheets.

To get the opt-in to display on your site, toggle the activate switch ON at the top (close to the “Save Changes” button).

Navigate to the “Display Rules” panel.

If you want the Google Sheets WordPress form to be displayed everywhere (all pages) of your site, also check “Globally load optin“; otherwise, use the page-level targeting and triggers to determine how and where in your site the opt-in will be shown.
