Refund Policy
We’re confident in our product and stand behind it, but we know it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase or have an issue we can’t resolve that makes the system unusable, we’ll provide a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase.
A few conditions:
We’re unable to issue refunds simply because you no longer want to use it or due to technical issues, unless you allow us to make a reasonable attempt to assist you. If we are unable to resolve the issue for you, we will provide a refund. Please get in touch with us before requesting a refund for a technical issue.
Refunds may only be issued within 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days, no refunds can be processed. The refunded amount is less the processing fee charged by our payment gateway.

Payments
You can pay for your licenses using any major credit card and PayPal.
A valid license grants you access to the latest version of each add-on plugin, updates, and priority email support.
For your security, we never store your credit card information on our server.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will MailOptin, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials offered on this site. Even if MailOptin or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages, if your use of downloads from this site results in the need for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.
Product Support
A valid license grants you access to priority email support, which covers help with setting up your product and instructions on how to use it. Our support doesn’t include help with plugin customization beyond the advertised features.
Changes
MailOptin reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this agreement. It is your responsibility to check this agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes to this agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.
