Product Update: One-off Newsletters, reCAPTCHA, Custom HTML, HubSpot & More Integrations
We are sorry we haven’t really done a good job of announcing new features we’ve added over the past few releases.
Without any fussing, let’s get right into it.
One-off Newsletters
You can now send email updates from your WordPress dashboard to registered users or list subscribers hosted on any of our supported email marketing service such as MailerLite, SendinBlue, MailChimp, AWeber, ActiveCampaign, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, Vertical Response, Mailjet, Moosend etc.
You never have to leave your WordPress dashboard to send emails to your subscribers or contact list.
reCAPTCHA & Honeypot
We have receive messages of how bots are spamming MailOptin forms causing tens and in some cases hundreds of spam entries. To solve the problem, we built an integration with reCAPTCHA (both v2 and v3) by google and also added honeypot.
Custom HTML in Forms
You asked and we listened. You can now replace the form fields in your optin form with a custom HTML code or shortcode.
Below is an example where MailOptin default form fields is replaced by Formidable forms in a popup.
More Form Fields
Besides reCAPTCHA, we’ve also added support for checkbox, select and radio button.
More Integrations
We’ve also added a couple of email marketing and CRM integrations such as Mailjet, Ontraport, Vertical Response, HubSpot, GoDaddy email marketing and Moosend.
For full list of new features, changes and improvement made, see the change log.
