Follow the step by step guide below to learn how to connect WPForms to your email marketing software and CRM via MailOptin.

Firstly, ensured you’ve connected MailOptin to your email marketing software.

In the WordPress dashboard, go to WPForms admin page and click the title of the form to open up the form builder.

On the form builder; click the marketing menu, open the MailOptin section, click the “Add New Connection” button and enter a name to enable you to identify the connection.

You will be prompted to add a new integration. Select your email marketing software or CRM and hit the connect button.

Select a contact or email list to add leads to and map the form fields to their respective custom fields in your email marketing software or CRM.

If your ESP supports tagging, there is the option to select or add a comma-separated list of tags to assign to every leads that subscribe via the form.

Save the changes and you are done. Easy peasy.
