Integrating WPForms with Mailchimp, AWeber, MailerLite, HubSpot Etc

Do you want to connect WPForms to your CRM and email marketing software so you can capture leads from your WordPress website?

WPForms is a popular WordPress form plugin for creating many types of forms. However, it does not have built-in integrations for many email marketing and custom relationship management (CRM) software.

MailOptin has a native WPForm integration that allows you to connect WPForms to major email marketing providers, including MailChimp, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Drip, AWeber, Kit (ConvertKit), MailerLite, Constant Contact, GetResponse, Sendy, Campaign Monitor, ActiveCampaign, Brevo (Sendinblue), Gist, Klaviyo, Sendlane, Mailster, Vertical Response, Mailjet, HubSpot, Ontraport, Moosend, MailPoet, Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Keap Max Classic (Infusionsoft), HighLevel, Omnisend, Flodesk, Beehiiv, Benchmark Email, SendFox, iContact, Mailgun, E-goi, SendGrid Email Marketing, Elastic Email, GoDaddy Email Marketing, weMail, FluentCRM, CleverReach, NewsMAN, Facebook custom audience.

Follow the step-by-step guide below to learn how to connect WPForms to your email marketing software and CRM via MailOptin.

Firstly, ensure you’ve connected MailOptin to your email marketing software.

In the WordPress dashboard, go to the WPForms admin page and click the form title to open the form builder.

On the form builder, click the Marketing menu, open the MailOptin section, click the “Add New Connection” button, and enter a name to enable you to identify the connection.

WPForms add new connection

You will be prompted to add a new integration. Select your email marketing software or CRM and hit the connect button.

Select a contact or email list to add leads to and map the form fields to their respective custom fields in your email marketing software or CRM.

If your ESP supports tagging, you can select or add a comma-separated list of tags to assign to every lead that subscribes via the form.

Save the changes, and you are done. Easy peasy.
